The hotel location is close to the shopping mall, train terminal, bus stop very convenient.The hotel staff personnel were very courteous but no comment on the other services since we only stayed for a very short time. Maybe next time.
The Internet should be pray for occupants of the hotel.

Whenever I visit, I love staying in this hotel. The staff is so helpful, they even allowed me late check-out once. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and more. I'm excited to be back this coming weekend!

Great location, excellent personnel (from bell boy to cleaning staff).Though room is small but it has most things a 5-star hotel offers (newspaper,hairdryer,safe,coffee&tea,slippers,toiletries etc).Shuttle bus to town&airport.

Great amenities and fast internet access ensured that my romantic escape was convenient and affordable. The room was clean and equipped with a minibar, kettle, and mobile phone. the staff members were hospitable and made me feel welcome.
The lack of space in the room was a major drawback. The room was too small for two people, and the bathroom was incredibly tiny.
